Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident using JC Blossom. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

36-Hour Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your JC Blossom subscription, you may request a full refund within 36 hours of your initial payment. This applies to all paid subscription tiers — Bloom, Blossom, and Grand.

Eligibility requirements:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 36 hours of the original payment.
  • This is a one-time refund per account. Repeat refund requests are not eligible.
  • Refunds apply to the most recent subscription payment only.
  • Promotional or discounted payments may not be eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests can be submitted directly from your account dashboard. No need to contact support — the process is fully self-service.

Go to Billing

Open the Billing & Refunds page from your sidebar navigation.

Find Your Payment

Locate the payment you'd like refunded in your payment history.

Submit Request

Click "Request Refund", provide a brief reason, and submit.

Once submitted, our team reviews refund requests and processes approved refunds within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
  • All your events, guests, and data remain accessible until the period ends.
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the period ends.

To cancel, go to Billing & Refunds in your dashboard sidebar and click "Cancel Subscription".

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Payments made more than 36 hours before the refund request.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Partial months of service after cancellation (you retain access until the period ends).
  • Accounts that have already received a refund in the past.
